Job searching is a full-time job in itself. If you're a busy executive, finding time to job search can be challenging. Never again will you have to browse job boards, customize resumes, or send networking messages. Outsource your job search to a professional and we'll do all the work for you.

Job SearchEvery Friday, your Reverse Recruiter will identify jobs that they believe you will be interested in. These jobs are added to your online profile for your review. We ask that you approve or reject each job with detailed notes before Monday so that we can get to work right away.
Monday
Job ApplicationsOn Monday, your Reverse Recruiter will spend the day filling out job applications for each of the jobs that you have approved over the weekend. More often than not, we are making minor tweaks to optimize your resume for each job application that we submit. We’ll attach a copy of the customized resume that we use for each job in your profile.
Tuesday-Thursday
NetworkingWe believe networking is the most important part of job searching. That’s why your Reverse Recruiter dedicates three days each week to networking. Our approach is very much about quality > quantity. Our networking is tailored towards the individual but you can typically expect a blend of the following:
- Job-specific networking
- Target company networking
- Location-specific networking
Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy
Our Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy package includes everything in our Reverse Recruiting package plus a whole lot more! You’ll have unlimited access to a second professional known as a Client Strategist. Every Client Strategist is a Certified Interview Coach (CIC) and Certified Salary Negotiation Specialist (CSNS).
