Job SearchEach Monday, your dedicated Reverse Recruiter will search for job opportunities that align with your preferences, including seniority level, location, and salary. These positions will be uploaded to your online portal for you to review. We kindly request that you provide your approval or feedback on each job by Tuesday morning, so we can begin the application process promptly. We also check your email and LinkedIn daily for any incoming messages.
Tuesday
Job ApplicationsOn Tuesday, your Reverse Recruiter will dedicate the day to completing job applications for all the positions you approved. Typically, we make slight adjustments to enhance your resume for each application we submit. A copy of the tailored resume used for each job will be uploaded to the online portal for your reference. We will continue to check your email and LinkedIn daily for any incoming messages.
Wednesday-Friday
NetworkingWe consider networking to be the cornerstone of a successful job search. That’s why your Reverse Recruiter allocates three days each week to this vital activity. Our focus is on quality over quantity, ensuring that our networking efforts are personalized to your needs.
Although our approach is fully tailored to your search, you can generally expect a mix of the following types of networking:
- Job-specific networking: This involves connecting with individuals related to the specific jobs you have approved and for which we have submitted applications.
- Target company networking: This focuses on building connections within the specific companies you are interested in.
- Location-specific networking: This entails networking tailored to the geographical areas you prefer.
Every week, your Reverse Recruiter is available to schedule Zoom meetings to review the week’s progress and strategize for upcoming weeks.

Our Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy package encompasses everything in our Reverse Recruiting package, along with additional benefits. You’ll have unlimited access to a second professional, known as a Client Strategist.
