Reverse Recruiting Standard

Friday Job Search
Following an onboarding call with your reverse recruiter, we will determine which Friday will be your launch date to begin the process. Every Friday, your dedicated reverse recruiter will identify jobs that they believe you will be interested in. These jobs are added to your online profile for your review. We ask that you approve or reject each job with detailed notes before Monday so that we can get to work right away.

Monday Job Applications
On Monday, your reverse recruiter will spend the day filling out job applications for each of the jobs that you have approved over the weekend. More often than not, we are making minor tweaks to your resume for each job application that we submit. We’ll attach a copy of the customized resume that we use for each job in your profile. Our goal is to have 3-5 job applications submitted every Monday.

Tuesday-Thursday Networking
We believe networking is the most important part of job searching. Our approach is very much about quality > quantity. That’s why your reverse recruiter dedicates three days each week towards networking. Our networking is tailored towards the individual but you can typically expect a blend of the following:
- Job specific networking
- Target company networking
- Location specific networking
Your Standard Reverse Recruiter will dedicate ~7.5 hours per week to your job search.
Reverse Recruiting Premium

The Premium Reverse Recruiting package includes everything in our Standard package plus additional help to ace your interviews. Every Premium Reverse Recruiter is a Certified Interview Coach (CIC) who will prepare you for every interview by creating a pre-interview doc with any information we can find about the company and people you will be interviewing with. You’ll also receive 1 mock interview training per billing cycle which can be redeemed at a time of your choosing. Your Premium Reverse Recruiter will dedicate ~9.5 hours per week to your job search.
Reverse Recruiting Elite

Our Elite Reverse Recruiting package includes everything in our Premium package plus a whole lot more! In addition to receiving a faster launch date (3-4 weeks) and working with an Elite Reverse Recruiter, we offer additional assistance to take you beyond the interview into the world of job offers. Every Elite Reverse Recruiter is a Certified Interview Coach (CIC) and Certified Salary Negotiation Specialist (CSNS). This package includes mock interview training for every interview we land you, post interview debriefs to analyze what went well and what can be improved, as well as salary negotiation advice for every offer you receive. If we could, we would show up to the interview for you, but unfortunately that’s frowned upon by most hiring managers!
