As you discover your personal motivators, explore career options, and define your goals, you will apply what you are taught during each phase of the career discovery process and team up with your coach to create actionable plans to help you achieve your career goals.

Here's what to expect during the call: 

  • Your career coach will take a deep dive to discover your dream career.
  • Every single call is unique and entirely customized for each individual's goals.
  • All coaching sessions are 1-on-1 and online with a dedicated professional career coach.

Here's what to expect after the call:

  • Follow-up feedback and possibly some "homework" from your career coach.
  • Get with your coach to schedule another session. Career discovery typically takes 5-10 sessions.
