Friday Job Search
Every Friday, your dedicated Reverse Recruiter will identify jobs that they believe you will be interested in. These jobs are added to your online profile for your review. We ask that you approve or reject each job with detailed notes before Monday so that we can get to work right away.
Monday Job Applications
On Monday, your Reverse Recruiter will spend the day filling out job applications for each of the jobs that you have approved over the weekend. More often than not, we are making minor tweaks to optimize your resume for each job application that we submit. We’ll attach a copy of the customized resume that we use for each job in your profile. Our goal is to have 3-5 job applications submitted every Monday.
Tuesday-Thursday Networking
We believe networking is the most important part of job searching. Our approach is very much about quality > quantity. That’s why your Reverse Recruiter dedicates three days each week to networking. Our networking is tailored towards the individual but you can typically expect a blend of the following:
